Teleconsultation services with General Practitioners (GPs) are available 24 hours, 7 days a week, either on-demand or by appointment. The fee for GP consultations are:
– $27.25 nett during standard hours (6:00 AM to 8:59 PM)
– $49.05 nett during after-hours (9:00 PM to 5:59 AM)
GP consultations for birth control or contraceptives are also available 24/7 on-demand or by appointment, with a consult fee of S$16.35.
Specialist consultations start from S$76.30, while Mental Wellness, Nutrition & Fitness, and Lactation Consultant consultations are S$120 for a 60-minute session.
Yes, medical certificates (MCs) issued by doctors in teleconsultations on the Doctor Anywhere app are recognised and accepted at both workplaces and schools in Singapore.

Many employee benefits and corporate health plans cover teleconsultation services, either through a cashless arrangement or a co-pay basis. It is recommended to check with your HR department or specific insurer to confirm your coverage.
The Doctor Anywhere app accepts all major payment methods, including credit cards and PayNow. You can review and finalise payment details within the app before completing the transaction.
Doctor Anywhere is part of the Ministry of Health Singapore’s (MOH) regulatory sandbox for telemedicine providers, and adheres to all local healthcare regulations and guidelines, including National Telemedicine Guidelines (NTG) and SMC Ethical Code and Ethical Guidelines (ECEG).

Yes, Doctor Anywhere’s teleconsultation service is available in Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, where you can consult with locally licensed doctors and receive medication delivery.
When traveling to a country where we do not operate, your Doctor Anywhere app will default to your account’s home country, allowing you to tele-consult with a licensed doctor for advice, e-prescriptions, medical certificates, or referral memos. Please note that medication purchase and delivery will not be available in these cases.
Yes, you can request a prescription-only consultation. The doctor will assess your condition and, if appropriate, provide a prescription that can be accessed directly within the app or sent via email.
If the doctor determines that your symptoms or condition are unsuitable for teleconsultation, they will refer you to a physical clinic for further examination. In such cases, the teleconsultation fee may be waived.
The doctors on Doctor Anywhere’s platform are locally licensed and qualified healthcare professionals registered in Singapore.
